岗位要求
1、负责培训需求调查发布和收集。
Be responsible for publicity and collection of the training needs survey
2、负责新员工入职培训的组织,配合培训主管督导各部门进行内训,包括员工岗前、在职、转
岗/顶岗等培训和培训记录的收集整理。
Well organize the on duty training to the newly recruited staff and assist Training Supervise to
implement internal training, including employee pre-job, on job and transference training. Also
do the collection and statistics of the training records.
3、负责员工岗位描述的签订和保存归档和员工培训档案的建立和保管。
Be responsible for signing and maintenance of the employee job description and establish training files and take management with them.
4、 负责新员工关键岗位证书的制作、“Trainer”和“Trainee”标志的制作、发放、车间现场检查。
   Be responsible for the made, issue and audit of Key position certificate and “Trainer”, “Trainee” sign.
5、协助培训主管对员工双向沟通会以及内部满意度各项工作进行组织和开展。
Be responsible for employee two-way communication and the related work of the internal satisfaction; be responsible for the files setting of the Management review meeting.
6、协助招聘主管进行正式员工及第三方人员招聘、为公司雇佣的员工办理各项用工手续、为离职、退休人员办理各项离职手续。
Assist Recruitment Supervisor to recruit formal staff and outsourcing staff; handle employment procedure for newly recruit staff; take kinds of terminated procedures for any employees resign or retire.
7、协助招聘主管制作授权书及任命书,并整理本部门往来文件,负责本部门发文。
Assist Recruitment Supervisor to make authority letter and appointment letter and all coming and out files.
8、协助建立员工档案系统,记录员工变动,例如雇佣,升职,调动,绩效和停职/解聘。
Establish associates files system, take a record for employee’s transference, promotion, suspension and dismiss.
9、负责员工的考勤卡及卡贴制作,考勤审核及存档,包括带薪年假、加班的统计等。
 Employee’s attendance management including attendance card made,pay leave and overtime statistics.
10、协助负责公司内部员工关系处理,如员工内部争议、问题员工处理。
Assist Recruitment Supervisor to do employee relationship coordinating, such as internal employee disputes, problem employee coordinating
11、培训主管、招聘主管指派的其它工作。
Others assigned by the Training Supervisor and Recruitment Supervisor.

最低入职条件:
1、教育/培训经历:人力资源、管理或相关专业大学本科以上学历。
Education/Training Experience: human resources, management or relevant major bachelor degree or above
2、工作经验:3年以上企业人力资源工作经验。
Working Experience: 3 years working experience in HR.
5、其它:良好的计算机能力、英语读写流利。
Others: Good computer skills and fluent in both spoken and written English.
